เพื่อลงทุนต่อสัญญาสิทธิการเช่าโครงการเซ็นทรัล ปิ่นเกล้า และโครงการเซ็นทรัล พระราม 2 คาดอัตราผลตอบแทนให้ผู้ถือหน่วยทรัสต์ 10% ที่ราคาหน่วยทรัสต์ที่ 11 บาทต่อหน่วย
